Background
Chris Boston is a licensed commercial real estate broker and is very knowledgeable about the Northwest Real Estate Marketplace in Colorado. He currently serves as Chairman of the Commercial Brokers of Boulder, President of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Technical Center Owners Association and serves on the Board of the Boulder Economic Council.
Chris specializes in office and industrial clients and is very involved with the business community in the Northwest area of Colorado. Experience and Education
Chris received his Masters of Business Administration in 2001 from Colorado State University. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in 1991 from the University of Colorado. He has a strong background in the management of projects and financial analysis.
Chris has also been awarded the CCIM designation. This prestigious designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. The curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis – the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.
Activities and Involvements
Chris lives in Boulder with his wife Justine and their son Richard. Having grown up in Boulder he has witnessed the dramatic changes to the Northwest real estate market over the years. He has a passion for riding bikes and loves to undertake century rides. He also enjoys fly fishing, skiing, hiking and spending time in the mountains.
