Background
Greg has been involved in commercial real estate since 2012 and has experience in brokerage, investment, development and asset management. Since joining Gibbons-White in 2014, he has completed over $120 million in leasing and sales transactions. Greg possesses keen insight into the Boulder and Denver metro area markets as a result of working with many local, regional and national landlords and tenants across the spectrum of product types. He brings the highest level of personal service, in-depth market knowledge, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a passion to do the job right for every client engagement.
Experience & Education
Among other assignments, Greg represents a 300,000-square foot flex portfolio in Boulder for Westland Development Services, Inc. On the Tenant representation side, Greg has had the privilege of representing many companies, a few of which include: Sonder.com, PopSockets.com, Neatloans.com, Volcon EPowersports, Tynt.io, PickNik.ai, Organic India, Once Again Nut Butter, Indie Salons, and Yoga Pod Boulder/Longmont.
Prior to joining the Gibbons-White team, Greg worked as an analyst on a $400 million retail portfolio for the Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund REIT and managed leasing transactions for a $10 million telecom portfolio in the corporate real estate group at Level 3 Communications. In addition, Greg has extensive entrepreneurial experience as the co-founder of a vertically integrated bio-diesel producer and has worked and invested in outdoor equipment and apparel, natural foods, cleantech, telecom and technology.
Greg received an MBA with a focus on commercial real estate finance and development from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. He was a recipient of the Leeds School of Business Fellowship and the CU Real Estate Center Fellowship. Greg holds a bachelor of arts in English from Prescott College.
Activities and Involvement
Greg is a graduate of the Boulder County Leadership Fellows Program class of 2020/2021 and is a current member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Brokers (DMCAB). He volunteers as a live news-reader at the Audio Information Network of Colorado which provides resources to Colorado’s blind, visually impaired and print disabled individuals. Greg is an avid tennis player, hiker, backcountry snowboarder and has practiced yoga for 15 years. He has travelled as far as the Falkland Islands, Patagonia, Indonesia, New Zealand, the Cook Islands, Europe and the Middle East.
