Background
Jaime comes to the Gibbons-White team with five years of experience in the industry. Her real estate career began as an investor in commercial properties and evolved to property manager of a private portfolio to a broker/owner. She now represents owners, landlords and tenants in the Denver Metro area with a focus in Boulder County.
Experience & Education
Prior to real estate, Jaime worked for nine years in the outdoor industry as a marketing director and she brings that expertise to her listings. She is a Maryland native and graduate of Frostburg State University, but she has established her roots in Colorado over the last decade. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and believes that foundation facilitated her ability to listen and understand client needs.
Her experience as a commercial property manager began in 2013 with responsibility for 250,000 square feet, 55 tenants and a portfolio valued at fifty-million dollars. Managing properties honed her skills in evaluating landlord and tenant needs and her ability to keep them balanced.
Activities & Involvement
Jaime loves to hike and backpack in the summer, ski in the winter, and see live music as much as possible. She also enjoys cooking and she’s somewhat of a “foodie.” She spent a year or so in the wine business acquiring a taste for the finer things, but she considers herself down to earth and a food-hacker attempting to recreate five-star dishes with an everyday budget. She lives in Longmont with her husband and the “best dog ever!”
